Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum initial investment?

The minimum investment is just $500 dollars. Subsequent investments can be made for as little as $50.

Do I need to be an accredited investor?

No! We designed Finite for access. By registering with the SEC, we have opened private solar credit up to all investors.

When can I withdraw my money?

The Fund plans to have quarterly “one click” liquidity. This structure allows us to hold more illiquid assets while balancing investor needs for liquidity.

How do I fund my investment?

We connect with hundreds of banks so you can fund from most major and regional banks – digitally.

How can I earn returns on my investment?

Returns represent your share of any income earned on the Fun’s investments. Learn more about our investment strategy here.

What are Finite’s fees?

The Fund charges a flat 1.25% of managed assets. In our opinion, this is more attractive structure than a 2 and 20% model commonly charged by private equity funds.

As someone who hasn’t yet made their millions, what Finite is doing makes a ton of sense.

Way back when, I remember listening to The Energy Gang or Political Climate and having an ad for utility scale solar investment projects with a rock solid 7% return. Only issue was that you needed to be an accredited investor to jump on the boat. As someone who hasn’t yet made their millions, what Finite is doing makes a ton of sense. Really opens up the potential for everyday folks to invest in truly impactful projects.
