The Finite Solar Finance Fund (the “Fund”) is a Delaware statutory trust registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund is continuously offering common Shares of beneficial interest (the “Shares”) and operates as an “interval fund.”
